Froggi says: While traveling the country in 2005, I decided to volunteer some time on the Blackfeet Nation Reservation in Browning, Montana. Browning nestles at the eastern base of the entrance to Glacier National Park. I was fortunate to be able to travel the famed Going-to-the-Sun Road through the park on my way into Browning to meet the other intrepid volunteers.

The first night, the volunteers were taken on a tour of the town and we got to see this unique sculpture in front of the almost new hospital. The sculpture is appropriately named Medicine Circle. It was quite intriguing and I did a little digging to find some information about the artist. His name is Jay Polite Laber and he is half Blackfeet Indian. He calls his work “Revised Rez Wrecks”.
