Frederick Maryland’s old downtown industrial section is undergoing major revitalization. The Community Bridge Project turned a bleak concrete bridge into a beautiful piece of art.
The bridge’s suface is flat, smooth concrete. Artists have added stunning faux masonry and hidden artistic gems. My pics...
