A friend from work and I rode about 250 miles from Des Moines to Sioux City, and Le Mars, Iowa.
Le Mars is home of the Blue Bunny Ice Cream company, where they have built a very nice museum and visitors center to tell their story.
Outside the Visitors Center is a large dish of ice cream… it’s not HUGE,...
