It’s located behind the Apple House Restaurant (located on Rt 55 in Linden, Virginia). The ice cream cone is bigger then it looks in the pic.. its probably about 5ft tall.

Found this large watering can at an outdoor gardening center called Holly, Woods and Vines, located in Alexandria, Virginia . There is a picture on their website: www.hollywoodsandvines.com. It shows water pouring from it, but there was no water coming out today.
