Bill’s latest find is so fantastically “roadside-wonder-y”! This time he shares his stop at the Big Texan Steak Ranch & Motel.

 
This Route 66 complex (established in 1960) really brings it all. The Big Texan features a Texas-shaped motel swimming pool, a horse horse hotel on the property for your trusty steed, an RV Park, and a restaurant that will happily feed you a 72 oz steak dinner for FREE (if you can consume it in under an hour, that is )  In the mood for fried rattlesnake? They’ve got you covered!

 
But wait, there’s more! The Big Texan also has a giant boot, a giant steer, a longhorn limousine, a gift shop, and more!

Visit The Big Texan Online - they even have 2 “live cams” to watch people attempt the 72 oz steak challenge.
