While scouting possible bonus locations for a motorcycle endurance rally, I found this castle in Vilano Beach, Florida, near St Augustine. It is at the intersection of Hwy A1A and 3rd St. It gets your attention sticking up above the trees!
Apparently it was built as a home, but is also used as a church. One source said that construction was started without a permit and, when it got too high, it had to be permitted as a garage!
