“The Balsinger Ford showroom was built in 1929. In recent years, the building was used as an office for Cell-Tech, a holiday donation center for the Salvation Army, and a warehouse. It was restored in 2007 and is now known as the “Egyptian Event Center”. There was a roof collapse in 2007 from heavy snow but it seems to have been confined to the back part of the building”
