“Harleywood” The Famous 2′ x 4′

Froggi came across Macon Harley-Davidson’s famous “Harleywood 2×4” when she visited in early December of 2008.

In May of 2008, a tornado struck Macon destroying the newly-constructed building beside Macon H-D. The storm left the dealership standing; but impaled its front facade with a 2×4! Since there was no serious structural damage to the building, it was left in place and they nicknamed it “Harleywood”
