This is the 9/11 Memorial located at the Old Virginia Brick plant in Salem, Virginia.
The Memorial consists of an actual steel beam section from one of the World Trade Center towers.

This is one of my favorite finds. I spent a great deal of time just sitting in the parking lot, watching the flag wave in the wind.
I can understand why.
