Ray is great about sharing “roadside wonders” with me — and when I saw that he posted a picture of The Audienceon Facebook, I instantly fell in love with it! Once again, he was gracious enough to share 🙂
Created by Toronto native, Michael Snow, The Audience is actually a collection of several sculptures that adorn the facade at the Rogers Centre (Home of the Blue Jays) in Toronto. The cartoon-like audience members are in various poses that mimic event attendees.
It’s just plain awesome … I’ve never seen anything like it! The Rogers Centre is an enormous venue (I was there once when it was still the SkyDome and it appears to have changed quite a bit since then).
