It’s the ever popular Yogi Bear & his picnic basket…. found at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Campground (on Rt 211 a few miles south of Luray Virginia).

There are actually two Yogi statues… one at the main entrance welcoming people in, and one at the exit waving goodbye as they leave. I remember Mom taking us past Yogi on family trips to Luray Caverns when I was a kid. Now I take my kids by it.
